At Protocall we provide caring professionals in skilled nursing, home health aides, therapists, and medical social workers. Protocall has many years experience in selecting and hiring that goes beyond references and background checks that are mandatory. We select individuals who possess qualities like friendliness, warmth, consideration and conscientiousness. All caregivers are supervised by a Protocall RN who communicates and develops care plans with the patient's physician. What if your needs change? Our services are very flexible to change as your needs change. Our homecare professionals are available to you for as little as two hours per day to twenty-four hours a day, five days a week. The length and frequency of services can change as needed. Private Duty Services - In-Home and In-Facility Protocall provides Private Duty services in hospitals, long term care facilities, and in the convenience of home to patients. Through our exclusive "Private Duty Excellence Program", assuring caregivers with strong caring attitudes, we provide these services as the primary or exclusive company in some of the most prestigious Hospitals in Philadelphia and in New Jersey. These services include CNA's (Certified Nursing Assistants), Registered Nurses, and Licensed Practical Nurses. Ask your hospital admissions department or the nursing department about private duty services from Protocall. Home Care is provided by Certified Aides and Companions and can assure your loved one of the assistance they need to remain at home and independent. Helping to make Payment convenient - Credit cards accepted Protocall's services are provided on a private pay basis. Some services may be covered by worker' compensation insurance, automobile insurance, long term care or indemnity insurance. Giving Back to the Community In 2003 Protocall's owner was the recipient of the "Community Leader of the Year" award by the New Jersey Hospice and Palliative Care Organization.
